Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are required to give 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.
If you are late 15 minutes or more* you will be asked to reschedule your appointment, and will be charged a 50% fee based on the scheduled service.
*Note: Being tardy can result in less time for things like art.
The salon, though relaxing for the client, is filled with expensive tools and chemicals that, when not handled properly, can be dangerous. Not to mention this is yours and the other patrons of the salon's opportunity to relax. No children will be allowed for clients I am servicing.
Clients who no-show will be charged 50% of the service scheduled, and no longer be able to book an appointment.
Repairs on current clients are free for 7 days following the scheduled service for normal wear and tear*. Otherwise, during all other times, and for nails not done by myself, a $3 per nail fee will incur.
*Note: Normal wear and tear does not include things like weight lifting, farm work, gardening, construction/DIY-ing, etc.
The cost of your service covers not only products, tools, expertise, and care, but my time. Therefore, there are no refunds. If you are experiencing issues that require repair, please see the repair policy.
Due to the spread of COVID-19, face masks will be REQUIRED for all clients. No exceptions. (Face guards will not be accepted as masks.) If you show up to your appointment and refuse to wear a mask, you will be asked to leave, and will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
When arriving for an appointment, you are asked to stay in your car/outside until I text you to come inside. This will help us to maintain a minimum amount of people in the salon at once.
Period. Clients will not be allowed to bring guests with to their appointment. Again, this is to keep the number of people in the salon to a bare minimum.
